For larger two-bedroom homes, including stairs, long carries, or heavier furniture, 3 movers + 1 truck is the better option.

Our standard minimum is three hours of labor plus one hour of travel time. Free furniture wrapping is included, and no booking deposit is required.

What happens after I submit my quote request?

After you submit your quote request, you will be contacted directly by People Movers. We are not a broker, so you will never receive calls from multiple companies.

Once we confirm your move details, we send you a text message with a link to your guaranteed estimate.

Can I hire you for a small move or a single-item delivery?

Yes, we can handle small moves and single-item deliveries, but they are subject to our minimum of 3 hours of labor plus 1 hour of travel time.

What happens if I need to change my move date?

We’re flexible and understand that plans can change, so rescheduling is never a problem. You’ll have a 3-day window to choose a new date and time that works for you.

What if my new place isn’t ready and the truck is already on the way?

If your new home isn’t ready, we offer affordable storage options, or you can choose a nearby storage facility where only you have access. All items remain fully protected, inventoried, and handled exclusively by our trained moving professionals.
